how quickly something can be come unpleasant.
How some people can become mean.
How something becomes boring.
How something you love becomes something you hate.
How someone can stab you in the back when the day before you were friends.
It's funny...
But not that funny.

This is why beginning with the end in mind is good. If you know where your journey is ultimately headed, these unexpected turns are less disasterous. Very possible things will change back again just as quickly. Good post though--it was very poetic.
